When will my order ship?

We make every effort to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 days for production time before your order is shipped. On average, shipping times are 4-10 days.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Instructions for your gift card will be sent to the email address provided. Be sure to check your inbox, as well as your junk mail folder. To redeem your gift card:

1. Save the code found in the email or on the gift card.

2. Start shopping at SEMI BLUFF.

3. Enter the code in the gift card box to redeem your gift card.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location, as we do ship worldwide. The average shipping time within Australia is 4-10 business days. For international orders, please check the product description for shipping times. On average, international orders take 10-15 business days to arrive.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping for some products. Please check the product descriptions before placing your order.

Can I return my order or exchange it?

We have a 30-day refund/exchange policy for items that are the wrong size or damaged. The product must be unworn and in the same condition as it was when received. Return shipping is at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your returned item. Please complete the return form and send it along with the item you wish to return.

If your package is on the way, please wait for it to arrive before returning it for a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order with no penalty, but you must do so before it ships. If the item has already been sent, please use our easy return system to receive a full refund.

What should I do if I entered the wrong address?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email to confirm the correct address. If you realize the address is incorrect after the order has been placed, please notify us via email at info@semi-bluff.com.au. We can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. However, no refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
